Justin Amash to Keynote the New Hampshire LP Convention

Justin Amash is cementing his role in the Libertarian Party ever since joining last year and becoming the first Libertarian member of Congress.

Today the Libertarian Party of New Hampshire announced that the former Libertarian Congressman, and potential Presidential candidate, will be the featured speaker at their convention.

Concord, N.H., February 21, 20021 – The Libertarian Party of New Hampshire is pleased to announce that Justin Amash will be the Keynote Speaker at their annual Political Convention to be held March 19-21 in Concord. Amash will be speaking remotely from Michigan and his keynote will be followed by a Questions and Answers session. Amash, former US Representative from Michigan’s 3rd Congressional District was elected and served as a Republican for nine years before joining the Libertarian Party in 2020. Amash was the highest seated Libertarian in the party’s history. He was the founder and chair of the House Liberty Caucus, saying his votes reflect “Limited government, economic freedom, and individual liberty.”

Tara DeSisto, Development Director of the National Libertarian National Committee, and Cara Shultz, Candidate Recruitment Specialist for the LNC, will be Featured Speakers.

LPNH members will also be electing Executive Committee members for the coming year at the convention, as well as considering changes to the Bylaws and Platform. The LPNH Convention will be held Friday, March 19-Sunday, March 21 at the Holiday Inn, North Main St, Concord. A social mixer is open to all Friday night, Amash is slated to speak during the Banquet on Saturday night.

  1. I hope someone asks him how he reconciles his antiabortion law support with “Limited government, economic freedom, and individual liberty ” for all women. Anyone who encourages welfare for pregnant women as OK, and discourages spending government funds on less expensive options, is also NOT fiscally conservative.

  2. And please tell me ANY fiscal conservative you see in DC today? We now live under totalitarianism – let’s keep the big picture in mind folks – we can argue about doctrines from the gulag or band together to try to save the society – quit fighting over BS – they want us dead but they will settle for submission- I refuse to accept either and that is the ONLY reality to focus on.
