Last night during the CNN Town Hall Gary Johnson was asked about his marijuana use and decision to not use the substance while running for President and eventually being President. During this answer the Governor sold the fundamental principle of the Libertarian philosophy to millions of voters across this country.
Despite what some hardcore Libertarians might say about last night’s town hall, both Governors did a great job answering the questions that were given to them. They were not the best questions, there could have been better ones on the economy and U.S. Drug policy, but in the end they were able to sell the American people on an alternative to Trump and Clinton, and introduced millions of voters to a new way of thinking.
