In classic Senator Rand Paul mode, he went to the floor of the United States Senate yesterday to lecture the Senate on not supporting bills before they are even read.

Members of Congress don’t even have the time to read the bills they are voting on before they are scheduled for a vote. Senator Paul stood up for the American people and voiced this concern.
